Experiences that Transformed Me

Throughout my earthly journey, I have had the privilege of connecting with countless individuals, each leaving a lasting impression on my soul. These fellow sbrothers and sisters and the experiences they shared with me have not only enriched my abilities as a person and as a medium but also deepened my understanding of the delicate yet profound bond between the physical and spiritual realms. Each person and every shared experience has been a reminder of the love and guidance that exists beyond our earthly existence.

From my early days in spiritualism, going back to the 1970's, sitting in a development circle at Earlsbury Gardens Spiritualist Church, Birmingham, UK, I was inspired by my mentor Arthur Phelps, who was himself a powerful trance medium. He taught me the fundamental truth of spiritualism, how to connect with spirit, what to look out for and above all else the wonderful philosophy underpinning it. It was from his circle that, after six years, I was asked to make the step up to working on the platform and from that moment, I went from strength to strength, being invited to numerous spiritualist churches across the UK. I made my first platform appearance in August 1979 at my home church and continue to this day to work publicly, when invited.

Onver the course of my life, one of my greatest friends and supporters in spiritualism was Eric Hatton, the former President of Stourbridge SNU Church and also of the SNU itself. I demonstrated many times at Stourbridge Church under his reign and also at The Arthur Findlay College, usually on 'Stourbridge Week' and sometimes on 'Open Day'. It was here that I shared the platform with mediums such as Mavis Pattilla, Gordon Smith, Albert Best and others and also became friends with Gordon Higginson, Doris Collins, Ursula Roberts and omany more high profile mediums, all of whom I respected.

As for experiences, these have been numerous over the years - beginning with leaving my body, the first time I had contact healing, to seeing a football sized luminous orb floating, suspended above the foot of my bed on my first trip away from home aged seventeen to a hotel in Hastings for a conference organised by The Kent Healers Association. Important mediums of the time were present, including Denis Fare and healer Margaret Wilson, both of whom I met on that memorable weekend. These and other notable experiences are covered in my book A Life In Trance available from Amazon, but the one I'll share here, though much less dramatic, made a lasting impression on me.

I took a sunday evening service at Walsall Spiritualist Church in the 1980's during which White Feather gave his usual address through me. Aftwards, the chairman came up to me and whispered in my ear, 'Blimey, who have you got with you up there - Silver Birch!!?' That was quite a compliment, but it hammered home to me that White Feather was and is, a force to be reckoned with and over the years he has proven time and time again that his ageless wisdom is second to none. To be compared to probably the most famous spirit guide of all time is quite an honour.

Any trance medium purporting to have a guide who is articulate, communicative and wise, must be able to back that up by working consistently to a high level that not only involves their spirit teacher regularly giving wonderfully informative and truthful talks, but significantly, being able to answer any and all questions put to them without a moment's hesitation. This last quality, has been and continues to be the hallmark of White Feather and his ability to answer any and all questions put to him, is second to none. If, as you read this, you are thinking to yourself 'Hmmmm, that sounds like a tall order'....that will be from your own mind. From the spirit side of life, all is possible and all is known. Have the trust in your own spirit guides to work through you to the highest level and to deal with any eventuality.

They will never let you down. I should know.
