information is confidential. No recording is made or retained by me, and should
you wish to record your session, you are welcome to do so for your own personal

It is sometimes unavoidable due to sickness, work commitments or other
unavoidable incidents that you cannot keep your appointment. If you fail to
keep a booked appointment, and do not contact me either by telephone or email
within 1 hour of your booked session to inform me that you are not able to keep
the appointment then a refund will not be offered.
If I have to cancel your session for any reason a new booking will be offered
at no extra cost. If no suitable date is mutually agreeable, then a full refund
will be given.
It is very rare that I am not able to connect for a client, although clients
sometimes ask me, what if you can't get anything? If I feel, for any reason,
that a reading is not 'working' I may cut short your session and offer you
another appointment at no extra cost.STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2008 NO. 1277
