Absent healing, or as it is now called 'distant healing' can be effective in bringing relief from a wide range health problems and although no claims of a cure can ever be made there is evidence to suggest that many people have benefitted from spiritual healing over the years.

Can I trust the information given through mediumship?

No medium or spirit guide is infallible, but guides in particular, have access to information and wisdom that many upon this earth do not. Their purpose is not to mislead, but to inform, with the purpose of raising human consciousness.
